This field testing that is talked about in the email. I would suggest the "Ford Diagnostics Team" start there and look for what went wrong. The reality is the last stable version of IDS was v.113.06. Let me know how that goes in the real world? Are your customers going to believe you that Ford has an issue and its not you? Now we are being told to offer an apology to our customer and wait for the latest fix. We have been told by support every excuse under the sun about how it was WIN7, it was not running IDS Cleanup, etc. Why has it taken all this time for Ford/Rotunda to finally own up that IDS is broken? Something many of us have know for close to a year. Now we are being told to wait for v.118.03 by NASTF. The issues with IDS are also programming issues with frequent "Testman Errors".įord has issued various update messages on PTS saying that they have corrected these issues.
